The staff is very friendly, very helpful. The room exceeded our expectations, especially having unexpected surprises in Milan at other 'good' hotels in our earlier trips. The location is good with great tram connections, but the trams from city center or from popular districts are usually quite packed during the rush hours (which is virtually any time in Milan, I realize now). However, Italian people are very friendly, and everyone was helpful to my pregnant partner even in rush hours.

All the staff at the reception (especially Guiseppe) were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Also staff in the restaurant and at the buffet breakfast were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and I even got a softer pillow when I asked for it.

Very friendly staff, it was a big pleasure for our family to have each evening dinner in the hotel restaurant, becouse of friendly the staff. Food was also very delicious. Rooms are clean, and you have all that you need.

This is the most beautiful property with stunning views. We travelled as a family of four. It’s set in a perfect location. The host Fabio couldn’t do any more for you. My two young boys cried when we left, they wanted to live here. It’s spotless, the rooms are spacious. We had a terrace with a table and sun loungers. There are two kitchens to use, at times it felt like we had the house to ourselves. I’ve recommended to all my family and we will certainly be back. Thank you Fabio and family for your hospitality.

It is close to a train station, tram and metro. Though when going there for the first time, we walked to the hotel and it was not quite clear to us how to go there. In the end, it is quite easy to go there from the nearby train station if you know which exit you have to take.

The room was clean, nicely decorated, with humorous prpverbs at wall. Location was very convinient. Temprature in the room could be personalized.

The hotel is located perfectly with all your needs covered for a pleasant stay in Milan. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants and directly connected to both the Garibaldi Train Station and the tram system, for which tickets can be bought from the front desk. The staff was friendly and efficient, and most notable among them was Laura, whose recommendations for Milan and beyond (Firenze and Rome) were perfect. She was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The hotel also had parking for our rental car - free of charge, with direct access into the hotel.

I liked the facility. It was clean comfortable and they let us check in early. The room was really comfy, big bed and they gave us 2 robes as well. They provided good quality toiletries. The location is also good. It is just beside Milano porta Garibaldi railway station. I walked with luggage so it was little difficult for me, couldn't get a taxi when I reached. The hotel arranges taxi for you though if you ask beforehand. Transfer to airport is costly though, 120euros for 2 people, so we took the Malpensa express train. The staff is very good , we reached late after our visit to lake como and the restaurant was closed, they showed us the way where we could find any late night restuarants and cafes. The location is very good.Overall it was awesome

Best breakfast I have seen for a while, excellent selection and beautiful arrangement. The location of the hotel is exceptional , only 15 minutes walk from Park Sempione. Rooms are spacious and very clean. This is one of my best experiences inside this budget range.

Wonderful location in a vibrant area near Garibaldi Station. Many great Restaurants, cafe's and bar's. Good connection to downtown Milano by public transportation. Easy parking of the car in a garage adjacent to the hotel.for a reasonable price. And the rooms to the inner courtyard were very quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and gave us wonderful tips to discover the local area.
